IndieMade offers a very way to add simple blogs to your website. Be forewarned that this is the best way to make your site look instantly dated, we notice that over the last decade, most IndieMade sites add 1 or 2 blog posts and never keep it updated. With that being said having a blog is a great way to keep your customers informed and is an excellent source of content for search engines (SEO). But if you are going to blog be sure to add one at least once per month.
Adding Blogs
On the left menu on the Dashboard click on "Blog Posts" and then click on the "Add Blog" button.
Editing Blogs
On your site can edit the blog content directly on the page itself if the "Edit Site" function is enabled in the Dashboard toolbar. You can also click on the "Edit Blog" button to modify more details.
Search engine optimization (SEO)
The SEO page settings are automatically generated for you based on the title and content of the blog. In most cases, you can leave this section alone.
Providing a Menu Link
You can choose to show this blog in the header menu or footer menu of your website. Choose a title and select the menu where it should show.
Published
Uncheck "Publish" to hide the blog. You can also toggle the check icon on the "Blog Posts" listings section of the Dashboard.
